Ollo is a ride-hailing service that connects riders with nearby, verified drivers in Nairobi. We build two apps — one for riders, one for drivers — around the same idea: a ride should be easy to book, safe to take, and fairly priced for everyone in the car.
Who we are

Ollo is operated by OLLO DRIVE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17159161) with its registered office in London. Our service runs in Nairobi, where our team works day to day with the drivers who make every trip happen.
We started Ollo because getting around a busy city should not involve guesswork — haggling over a fare, waiting without knowing when a car will arrive, or wondering whether the person behind the wheel has been checked. Ollo replaces all of that with one app: the price before you book, a verified driver, a live map, and a record of every trip.
We are deliberately small and close to the ground. Every feature we ship — from scheduled airport runs to the SOS button — comes from something a rider or a driver told us they needed.

What we stand for
Four commitments that shape how we build Ollo and how we run it.
Safety, not slogans
Drivers are verified before they take a trip and take a selfie every day before going online. Every ride uses a pickup code, can be followed live on the map and shared with family, and the SOS button reaches a real safety team.
Prices you can see
You see the price before you confirm, and you pay by cash, M-Pesa, card or Apple Pay. No haggling at the kerb. If waiting time or a long traffic delay adds to a trip, your receipt shows it on its own line.
Drivers keep the fare
Ollo drivers keep at least 82% of every fare — commission is never more than 18%, some vehicle types pay less, and it is always rounded down. A discounted trip pays a driver the same as a full-price one: discounts are funded by Ollo, never by the driver.
Your data stays yours
We collect only what a trip needs, explain it plainly in our privacy policy, and let you export or delete your account from inside the app at any time.

Go online when it suits you, see each request's pickup, destination and earnings before you accept, follow the in-app navigation, and track your earnings, trips and referrals in your Wallet.

Drivers and their documents are checked before they can go online. Our support team is reachable around the clock, and every safety alert reaches a real person, not a queue.
