Ollo is operated by OLLO DRIVE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17159161) with its registered office in London. Our service runs in Nairobi and the surrounding areas, where our team works day to day with the drivers who make every trip happen.
We started Ollo because getting around a busy city should not involve guesswork — haggling over a fare, waiting without knowing when a car will arrive, or wondering whether the person behind the wheel has been checked. Ollo replaces all of that with one app: an upfront fare, a verified driver, a live map, and a record of every trip.
We are deliberately small and close to the ground. Every feature we ship — from scheduled airport runs to the SOS button — comes from something a rider or a driver told us they needed.
Four commitments that shape how we build Ollo and how we run it.
Drivers are verified before they take a trip. Every ride is confirmed with a pickup code, tracked live on the map, and can be shared with family. An SOS button sits on the ride screen for the moments that matter.
You see the fare before you confirm the ride, and you pay in cash or by M-Pesa. No surprise charges at the end of the trip and no negotiating at the kerb.
Ollo drivers collect 100% of every fare directly and settle a flat commission separately — so a discounted trip pays a driver the same as a full-price one. Discounts are funded by Ollo, never by the driver.
We collect only what a trip needs, explain it plainly in our privacy policy, and let you export or delete your account and its data from inside the app at any time.

Book instantly or schedule ahead, add stops along the way, watch your driver arrive in real time, share your trip, and pay by cash or M-Pesa. Rate every driver when you arrive — that feedback is what keeps quality up.
Go online when it suits you, see each request with its pickup, destination and fare before you accept, follow turn-by-turn navigation, and track your earnings, trips and referrals as you go.
Drivers are checked and their documents verified before they can go online. Our support team is reachable around the clock, and every safety alert reaches a real person, not a queue.
