20. Account Deletion

OLLO allows driver partners to permanently delete their Driver account, subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

How to Delete Your Driver Account

Through the OLLO Driver App:

• Select Settings
• Tap Delete Account
• Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your request.

To protect your account and personal information, OLLO may verify your identity before processing your deletion request.

What Happens After Account Deletion

Once your request has been verified and approved:

• Your Driver account will be permanently deactivated and deleted.
• Your personal information will be deleted or anonymized, except where retention is required by applicable law.
• Certain information, including completed trip records, payout records, invoices, tax documents, financial transactions, regulatory compliance records, and dispute-related information, may be retained for the period required by law.
• Information retained for legal, financial, or regulatory purposes will continue to be securely protected and will not be used for marketing or unrelated purposes.

Once the deletion process has been completed, your Driver account cannot be restored, and you may need to complete the full driver registration and verification process if you wish to join the OLLO platform again in the future.

21. Children's Privacy

The OLLO Driver App is intended solely for individuals who are 18 years of age or older and who are legally eligible to operate a commercial vehicle under the applicable laws and regulations.

We do not knowingly collect, use, or process personal information from individuals under the age of 18. Drivers must meet the minimum legal age and licensing requirements before registering on the OLLO platform.

If OLLO becomes aware that an individual under the age of 18 has registered or provided personal information through the Driver App, we will take appropriate steps to:

• Suspend or terminate the account.
• Remove the personal information from our systems, unless retention is required by applicable law.
