Going to JKIA
Catching a flight? Reserve it.
Reserve from 30 minutes up to 30 days ahead, so an early-morning flight is sorted the night before.

- Choose a ride and payOLLO XL for luggage or groups. Pay by M-Pesa or card when you reserve — reserved rides can't be paid in cash.
- Confirm when we askYour ride waits under Trips → Upcoming. Shortly before pickup the app asks you to confirm, then Ollo finds your driver.
Plans changed? Cancel before a driver is assigned and you get the full amount back. If no driver is found, you're refunded in full too.

Book once you're ready
Open the app, enter where you're going and set your pickup to your terminal. Once your driver arrives the first few minutes of waiting are free, then a per-minute charge applies — so book when you've cleared arrivals.
Know your car before you get in
The app shows your driver's name and photo, the car and its plate, and where they are on the map. Message or call your driver from the ride screen to find each other.
The pickup code
Read the 4-digit pickup code to your driver when you get in. The trip can't start until they enter it, so you never get into the wrong car. More on safety
Picking up a guest from JKIA
Book the ride for them. On the choose-your-ride step tap “For me”, switch to someone else and enter their name and phone number. When a driver accepts, your guest gets an SMS with the driver's name, the car and the pickup code. You follow the trip in your app and pay, unless it's paid in cash.
Share your trip
Share your live trip with family so they can see where you are until you arrive. If something feels wrong, the Safety centre has SOS to the Ollo safety team and Kenya's emergency numbers.
Paying
Pay the way that suits you
M-Pesa, cash or card
Pay with an M-Pesa prompt on your phone, in cash to the driver at the end, or by debit or credit card in the app. Apple Pay works in the iPhone app.
Visiting Kenya?
A card issued outside Kenya is added as an International card: the fare is held when you book and only taken when the trip ends.
A receipt for every trip
The app shows every charge on its own line, and you can download a PDF invoice — handy for business travel.

Can I book my airport ride in advance?
Yes. Tap “Later” next to “Where to?” and reserve from 30 minutes up to 30 days ahead. You pay by M-Pesa or card when you reserve. Cancel before a driver is assigned and you get the full amount back.
Which Ollo ride is best for luggage?
OLLO XL has 6 seats and room for groups, families and extra luggage. Comfort is a roomier car than Mini (Car). Bike and Electric Bike carry one passenger only.
My flight is delayed. What happens to my reserved ride?
Ollo does not track flights, so a reserved ride keeps the time you picked. If you are running late, cancel it before a driver is assigned for a full refund, then book a ride once you have landed and collected your bags.
