Safety

Check before you get on

The app shows your driver's name and photo, the bike and its plate. Ollo drivers don't wear uniforms, so match the plate letter for letter. If anything doesn't match, don't get on.

The pickup code

Read the 4-digit pickup code to your driver. The trip can't start until they enter it, so you never get on the wrong bike.

Share your trip

Share your live trip with family. If something feels wrong, the Safety centre has SOS to the Ollo safety team and Kenya's emergency numbers. More on safety

Kenyan law requires a helmet on every boda ride, for the driver and the passenger.
