Rates are set for each ride option — Bike, Electric Bike, Mini (Car), Comfort and OLLO XL — and shown in the app.

- PromotionsWhen one appliesThe app shows the normal price struck through next to your discounted price. Discounts are paid for by Ollo, never by your driver.

When it changes
The price you see is the price you pay — unless the trip changes
You change the route
Adding a stop or changing the destination prices the trip again for the new route. You see the new price in the app.
Waiting
If your driver waits for you at pickup or at a stop beyond the free minutes, a per-minute charge is added at the end.
Heavy traffic
If the trip runs much longer than expected for the route, a per-minute charge applies after a free buffer.
